                              SIX DAYS OF A REJUVENATING YOGA RETREAT WITH HEALING AND MEDITATION

The YOGA RETREAT with 6 Days and 5 Nights Includes all the activities, 2 Yoga practices, 1 beach tour day, vegetarian meals and  one Boat tour to the most beautiful beaches and islands of Búzios  + 1 Individual Healing session (between Chinese Massage, Reiki or Access Bars Consciousness Therapy).

The Hatha Yoga classes and Meditation are guided by Claudia Miranda,  Brazilian Teacher graduated in Lake Tahoe and San Francisco  (With Doug Swanson and Larry Schults from It´s Yoga).

Beginners and advanced students are welcome! Guided classes with Breathing exercises (Pranayamas), Final relaxation (Yoganidra) and Meditation sessions.

                                      SIX DAYS OF YOGA, MEDITATION AND AYAHUASCA CEREMONY

                   Ayahuasca ceremony involves drinking the plant/vine tea blend under the guidance of a respected and lovely shaman couple Damodara and Chamdra. One night spent in deep connection to a higher intelligence and an understanding of ones true self.

The YOGA RETREAT with 6 Days and 5 Nights Includes all the activities, 2 Yoga practices, 3 daily  vegetarian meals and  one Beach tour to the most beautiful beaches  of Búzios, + 1 Ayahuasca Ceremony.
